each to get the best price and equipment package.

You can place all of your technical burdens on me and I will
provide you with a sophisticated and capable production system that
delivers. I can suggest
sophisticated common sense solutions that fit your budget and allow you to
produce the show with minimal technical intrusion and maximum creative
freedom. I am very proactive and
am always searching for the equipment that best serves you and anticipates
needs that you may not have considered.
I work closely with the crew and am always conscious of your bottom
line. Because I have worked on
so many other shows and genres of production I bring a level of
sophistication and a knowledge base that is rare in the multi-camera

Most importantly I have
the personality and people skills to work with even the most difficult
talent and production personnel. It's really all about
customer service. You need to
know your engineer is reliable and has the personality to deal with
clients and production staff in a manner that is inclusive and non threatening. Because I design and
integrate mobile units, flight packs and studio systems I have a very
sophisticated understanding of video systems and their capabilities and
limitations. I communicate
the technical requirements in a manner that clearly defines the needs and
alternatives. I am routinely exposed to a wide variety of broadcast,
professional and pro-sumer video, audio, and intercom components so my
knowledge and working base is expansive. Communication is essential. You must be kept informed if issues arise and get honest evaluations of the time and logistical considerations. But you also do not need to be bothered with inconsequential technical issues. I know when to speak up and when to hold my tongue. I never speak in front of a client or network representatives, unless I am specifically told to do so. I understand the ramifications of unwanted talk and I monitor others on the technical crew to make sure they maintain a high level of professionalism.

I arrive at the shoot, completely prepared with a plan of attack. I am diligent and brief all technical personnel as to how to accomplish the build and strike. Whether it is a single set up or the production is constantly on the move I incorporate proven techniques that allow the show to relocate quickly and deliver all your monitoring and technical needs. |
